Rotary leaves Canada to deliver ambulance

After a successful display at the 100th Anniversary parade in Chicago in June, District 7070 officials waved good-bye as its ambulance headed south to Montol, Mexico to take up its job. The ambulance, which was entirely outfitted through donations by clubs in the district, will serve an area which has never had an ambulance of this calibre before.

Senior Citizens Annual Thanksgiving dinner – A free dinner offered to Seniors who might not otherwise have a nice meal at Thanksgiving. Various members donate turkeys, veggies and labour to produce a full dinner of tomato juice, salad, roast turkey, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, cranberry sauce, and strawberry shortcake.
